Today’s premier comes via Larry De Kat’s own label Katnip. B With U is taken from the brilliant album ‘Round About Midnight which you can check on Juno HERE

It’s an absolute club stomper of a track, where you can hear the boompty influences of Chicago’s finest fusing with the electric vibes of the Daft Punk’s housier moments. It’s a place which wouldn’t have sounded out of place in the mid 90’s but with the production warmth and grace of 2018.

The album is a brilliant affair which segues smoothly from laid back blissed out vibes of ‘Moving Fingers’ via ‘B With U’ and onwards to club grooves like ‘Insecure’ and ‘C’mon’ stopping off on the way via more chilled moments and the brilliant funked-up hip-hop meets dub reggae of ‘Trapped’. It’s a truly fascinating fusion of styles.
