Risky Motion – Thrillest Night

Hailing from Austin in the US ‘Risky Motion’ are a band with some big influences including Prince, LCD Sound System, Talking Heads, RHCP and Pink Floyd. From Thrillest Night we can see that they have put their influences to good use. Thrillest night is a hugely exciting melting pot of styles it’s got the indie overtones side by side with psychedelic electronica plus a healthy dose of funk mixed in there for good measure.

Despite their obvious precedents they have created a sound which is wholly Risky Motion.

This is a very cool track and definitely an album to be looking forward to.
