Native Instruments Receive £44 Million Private Equity Investment.

Berlin’s Native Instruments the company behind Traktor, Maschine and Komplete has announced that it is to receive a huge £44 million investment from private equity firm EMH partners.

The aim of the investment is to create an “easily accessible music creation ecosystem that connects user centric design, with powerful technology and data, to further enable the music creators of today, and welcome the new creators of tomorrow.”

Native Instruments has been hiring heavily across the globe over the last 12 months and plans to continue this recruitment drive concentrating on pulling in the best technology talent in London, Berlin and Los Angeles.

Daniel Haver, CEO of Native Instruments plans an exciting future for a company which he believes has “ empowered music creators globally to further realize their potential.”

This is an exciting development for NI which will hopefully see heavy investment in their existing DJ software and equipment whilst also developing completely new and innovative technology to take DJ performance and music creation to exciting new levels.
