Hailing from Detroit Black Noi$e aka Rob Mersel is and artist who has been creating some serious heat over the last year with his intricately beautiful take on Detroit Techno.

One of the most exciting artists to emerge from the Motor City of late he is taking the Detroit sound on to new heights whilst still paying note to his predecessors.

Retuning to Vanity Fair who also released his debut back in 2017 for a brilliant 10 track album it’s everything Detroit should be perfectly mixing deep house with techno, past with future, rhythm with melody.

Our premier today ‘Nite Drive’ perfectly demonstrates this. Its deep and brooding but powerful and forward thinking, merging deep bass synths with twinkling lead synth plucks with plenty of dancefloor nous.
