We’ve been longtime supporters of London club-smiths The Disco Express so it’s been a pleasure watching them grow over the last few years from one monthly club night in London to club nights all over the globe and a blossoming record label releasing some of the true heroes of disco
Their latest release see’s label boss Tom step up to the plate under his Bustin’ Loose pseudonym with the rather excellent ‘The Link Up EP’.
Our premier from the EP today is Marlena which combines the essence of the clean, funky party vibes of Chic with deep house chords and hooky ear-worm Lemon Jelly-esque vocals. It’s a very classy track indeed.
The EP also features collaborations with Magnolia & Catalina and Soundsmith and is packed with straight to the dancefloor disco house.
