Itchy Rich’s 10 West End Records Masterpieces

“West End is such an iconic label. The classic tracks from the 70’s and 80’s really paved the way for a lot of dance music now. I love how a lot of the tracks are disco but not disco in a way and stand up on dancefloors to this day. The Paradise Garage era is a time that I would love to go back to, I bet the energy on that dancefloor was insane…” Itchy Rich.

“Give Your Body Up To the Music” Billy Nichols

A real classic, I would have loved to be around on the dancefloor when Larry Levan was dropping this

“Heat You Up (Melt You Down)” Shirley Lites

An absolute banger, always goes down well on a dancefloor. It reminds me of my old friend Jamie Jones’ classic Essential mix from back in the day

“Do It To The Music” Raw Silk

This tune really takes me back to a really fun time when we started ‘Road To Nowhere’ which then led onto creating the Labyrinth stage at the old Secret Garden Party

“Work That Body” Taana Gardner

Absolute timeless record. The drums and groove are amazing

“Just in Time” Raw Silk

This record just makes me feel great, love the groove.

“Quadrasonic” (I Gets High) Suges

This record is a journey. I really like where it takes you, it keeps you guessing.

“When You Touch Me” Taana Gardner

Again the groove on this record is just amazing, pure energy. Taana’s vocal is beautiful too, a perfect dancefloor track.

Barbara Mason – Another Man

Great record, the vocal is brilliant and the groove and swing just grabs you instantly!

Kenix feat. Bobby Youngblood – There’s Never Been (No One Like You)

I find this record so soothing to listen to, it’s got great energy, perfect record for waking up to.

Sparque – Let’s Go Dancin’

Such a great uplifting disco track, sure to put you in a very good mood!
