LV Premier – Plaisir De France – Summer Cruise [Partyfine]

Yuksek’s Partyfine label has carved an essential place for itself in the Nu Disco world becoming one of the key champions of the sound. Their latest release sees them tee up their sixth Volume compilation packed with 17 rather divine cuts from the likes of Alex Blex, Birdee, Patchworks, Villa, Rabo & Snob and of course Yuksek.

Across the album the sounds journey at a frenetic pace from the twisted dark synth Nu disco of Getaroom and whispered boogie of Ubaruh before touching down for highlights like Birdee’s shimmering disco-fied treat Escape, Yuksek’s throbbing peak-time heater Roulette, which we premiered recently from his Clean Drive Edits EP and Villa’s hypnotic smile inducing Four Times before landing on rubber band groove remake of Bateu.

Our premier from the album is groove heavy synth gem Summer Cruise by Plaisir De France. Throwing vocoders atop its incessant groove this is computer soul for sure.
