Somethin’ Sanctified are back with a sun infused EP for Citizens of Vice and as with their previous releases on the label it’s rather tasty indeed. Four tracks of Balearic edged house, wonderfully crafted and packed full of intrigue.
Our premier from the EP today is Sugar Daddy (Be Close), a warm and inviting track replete with a lazy hazy groove which holds you in tight merging analogue bliss with electronic nous. As always when it comes to Somethin’ Sanctified the production is straight out of the top of the top drawer.
Apparently it’s the first of many EP’s this year from Somethin’ Sanctified so that is definitely music to our ears.
